Mini pond: Natural oasis of well-being and habitat for animals
A mini pond is more than just a beautiful water feature – it creates a small oasis of calm for us humans and at the same time offers a valuable habitat for many animals. While the gentle lapping of the water has a relaxing effect on us, bees, birds and insects benefit from a much-needed watering hole. Frogs, dragonflies and other aquatic creatures find a home here without having to be specially settled – they come all by themselves. With the right planting and design, the mini pond becomes a small natural paradise that requires little effort to maintain.
A mini pond can be placed anywhere
Everywhere in the garden there is a spot where you want something special. A small eye-catcher, simply something a little different.
A small pond – a natural eye-catcher
A mini pond – just like a large garden pond – can simply be sunk into the ground.
Most models are made of fiberglass or plastic and blend harmoniously into the surroundings.
There are also particularly deep variants that are frost-proof. This allows pond fish or frogs to easily overwinter in them.

A zinc tub – nostalgic and close to nature
A zinc tub as a mini pond is not only a stylish decorative item, but also a real eye-catcher.
A few small fish in it ensure a natural balance by eating mosquito larvae and thus reducing the pests.
Thanks to the solar pump, the water stays in motion – completely without a power connection, environmentally friendly and uncomplicated!

But not on a balcony!
Of course you can!
Even without a garden, you can bring a piece of nature into your home and enjoy it every day.
And the best part? You have something very special – not what everyone else has!
Hard to believe, but true: The small fish in the picture are guppies that live in a zinc tub in summer, eat mosquito larvae, and feel completely at home there. They grow into strong, healthy fish. In autumn, they move into my aquarium and glow in the most beautiful colors.
